Motoring Matters was set up by Breda Corrigan and Declan Glynn in 2011, when it first appeared in The Open Door magazine as a weekly motoring column. Breda and Declan are true car enthusiasts and gets great enjoyment from test driving & reviewing new vehicles each week.

Breda has been a motoring correspondent for over 6 years now and is a member of the Irish Motoring Writers’ Association (IMWA), while Declan has been writing motoring editorial for almost 10 years.

Breda’s motoring articles appear in The Link magazine, Senior Times magazine, The Lucan News newspaper, The Clondalkin News newspaper, The Tallaght News newspaper, The Saggart & Rathcoole News newspaper, The Kildare Post newspaper (and affiliated newspapers in County Donegal) along with the  Kildare Now breaking-news website which attracts over 2 million viewers every month and has 130,000 Facebook fans at present. Motoring Matters has been in existence since 2011 – however, it has been in printed format up until recently.

Declan’s motoring articles appear in Mature Living magazine and in the Dublin Gazette newspaper – with a combined potential monthly readership of over 900,000 readers.

The purpose of this website is to provide car & van buyers with impartial advice on all the latest cars, SUV’s, MPV’s, vans and more. The opinions expressed in this website are those of the road test writer and are there as a way of providing advice (good or bad) to prospective purchasers of such vehicles.
