Dublin based Bluestone Motor Finance pulled off a major coup at the Asset Finance Connect Summer Awards, which celebrate best practices and innovation in the automotive finance sector, by winning the Customer Journey Excellence Award at a packed event in London.
Not only was it a thrill for the team at the event, but so were the judges’ comments which accompanied the award presentation. The judges noted;
“A great mix of digitisation and manual underwriting delivered with tremendous speed; a very innovative approach front focussed on customer needs; a problem-solving approach with high service levels.”
