KIA Motor Company Extend ‘KIA PROMISE’ To End of June 2020.

KIA announces 2nd extension to European warranty cover.

 Kia Motors Europe has announced a further extension to its ‘Kia Promise’ warranty extension program. The Kia Promise is designed to support Kia customers whose movements may be limited because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The KIA Promise;

Originally covering vehicles with original Kia warranties due to expire between 1 February and 30 April 2020, the Kia Promise is now being extended further, covering all customers whose cars’ original manufacturer warranties are due to expire during May 2020. The Kia Promise extends warranty cover for all eligible vehicles to June 30, 2020. With many countries and businesses taking precautionary measures to counteract the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kia Promise aims to help customers who may be unable to visit a workshop during this time. The program also helps customers who are not able to bring their car in for free servicing (or pre-paid maintenance as part of a Kia servicing package) during the nationwide lockdown.

Complying With Standards;

Prioritising the safety, health and wellbeing of its customers, business partners and employees, Kia Motors continues to closely monitor COVID-19 developments in communities where it does business. The company continuously strives to prevent the spread of the virus at its facilities while working with federal, state and local authorities, complying with all standards set by those entities.
