New Mazda CX-3 Due in Ireland in August 2020.
More distinctive and appealing: the new Mazda CX-3.
Having already set the standard in the B-SUV segment for looks as well as performance, the Mazda CX-3 is about to get added efficiency.
Under the bonnet, the upgraded CX-3 with the base 89kW/121PS Skyactiv-G 2.0 engine* (NEDC combined: 5.3l/100km; 121g/km / WLTP combined: 6.2l/100km; 140g/km) and manual transmission now get the benefit of Mazda’s cylinder deactivation system, which shuts off two cylinders during light-load operation such as when cruising at a constant speed. The upshot is 14% lower combined cycle fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
Recognised since its launch in 2015 for tasteful cutting-edge design and outstanding driving dynamics, the CX-3 is Mazda’s second most popular model in Europe behind the Mazda CX-5, its larger SUV sibling. Mazda CX-3 sits below the all-new Mazda CX-30 in size which was launched at the beginning of 2020. This allows for ideal city driving dynamics allowing for easy parking and manoeuvrability with the benefit of SUV height and styling.
Customers now have more options than ever before to find a CX model to fit their lifestyle. The SUV range offers supreme comfort, safety and styling with the trademark fun-to-drive dynamics. Skyactiv technology coupled with Mazda M Hybrid technology, Cylinder-deactivation and Skyactiv-X allow for greater efficiency and lower CO2 emissions than ever before.
The upgraded CX-3 arrives at Irish dealers in August 2020.
