Renault celebrates #1 EV Manufacturer in Ireland by committing €60M in finance and €2M in grants to switch to EVs & Hybrids.
As the best-selling EV manufacturer in Ireland, Renault has committed €60M in finance and €2M in grants to switch to electric vehicles and hybrids and has announced its 211 offers on all new Renault models, available now until 31st January 2021.
To help customers to make the switch to cleaner, lower emissions cars, and to support the VRT changes announced in the recent Budget, customers can avail of a competitive offer on 100% electric, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid vehicles:
- €1,000 Green Grant – Renault is the only brand offering a €1,000 Green Grant on top of Government grants and has €2 million available
- + 2.11% APR
- + 3 Months’ Deferred Payments – no payments for the first 3 months and no increase in payments after the three-month period
The €1,000 Green Grant and ultra-low 2.11% APR offer delivers real value and real savings to customers, who can choose to defer the first three months’ payments, making the switch to electric easier.
In addition to the Green Grant, Renault has made available €60 million in finance through its own bank, to support customers looking to move to hybrid or fully electric vehicles.
Renault is the number one EV brand in Ireland, and the New Renault ZOE Z.E. 50 leads Renault’s electric charge as the most affordable electric car with 395km range from €26,990.
The brand-new hybrid range is now arriving in dealerships, and includes All-New Clio Hybrid, All-New Captur Plug-in Hybrid and New Mégane Sport Tourer Plug-in Hybrid.
On the iconic Renault Clio, which is celebrating 30 years, and the best-selling All-New Captur, Renault is offering customers:

On the New Mégane range including the popular Hatch, customers will receive €1,250 cashback, 3.9% APR HP or PCP and 3 months’ deferred payments, while KADJAR customers can take €1,500 cashback on top of the low APR offer and deferred payments.
Renault was the number one LCV brand in Ireland in October, and the Pro+ LCV range including the large Master van, medium-sized Trafic, which is celebrating 40 years, and the Kangoo small van, is available for 211 orders with a continued offer saving at least €3,000 vs high-street banks:

This simple offer with low APR helps with the cost of change, delivers more savings, and gives business customers the option to defer their payments for three months, supporting them with their cashflow and giving them the potential to earn revenue for three months without any payments.
The offer is supported by Renault Bank fleet solutions offering lease, hire purchase, fleet lines and a new maintenance product for businesses.
Renault Bank has been providing finance payment solutions to Irish companies for 10 years. The Bank has lent over €500m to Irish businesses during this time and has a further €50m to lend to SME businesses. This month the Bank will launch a new Maintenance Package for the entire range which will offer all engine servicing requirements as well as wear and tear throughout the duration of the payment plan.
