Positive July for Renault Group with an 8.4% Market Share.
Renault Group finished in 4th position last month with an 8.4% share in the combined car and van market, bringing the Group up to 5th place in the market year to date with 6.5% market share.
The Dacia Sandero was the number one best-selling car in July in its segment and is positioned at number two year to date. The 7-seater All New Jogger, launched just a few months ago, was the third best-selling 7-seater in July and fourth best-selling year to date. In the van market, Renault Group finished with an 11.3% market share with Trafic and Master finishing number one in their segments in July.
July also saw the rebranding of Renault Bank which has been operating in Ireland for over 10 years to Mobilize Financial Services. It has lent over €1.7 billion to Irish customers in that time and has financed more than 100,000 vehicles for Renault and Dacia customers since 2012. In July it lent €28 million to Renault Group customers, up 23% versus July 2021 with PCPs accounting for 61% of all retail agreements. The introduction of additional PCP durations has provided Renault Group customers with greater flexibility and affordability when purchasing new and used Renault and Dacia vehicles.

As we enter August, we are confident on stock arriving for all Dacia models and Mobilize Financial Services continues to offer its zero deposit and longer durations of up to 48 months on PCP to support customers with affordable and flexible finance”.
